The One With Pictures in the Snow

Hey, everybody! Just wanted to write a little hello. I hope you are all having great Spring Break! Just so you get a better idea of why I LOVE this place, here are a couple of pictures I took today. If I can get enough together, then I just might build a new album. We'll see....

This is our house. Don't let the mustard colored paint fool you, it's nice! Really, I promise. Maybe someday we can have an inner circle ski trip. Won't that be grand? Just need plane tickets from Los Angeles, Houston, College Station, Canada, and Waco. No problem. ;-)

And this is the coffee house next door that makes some of the best Chai EVER! Knocks Starbuck's out of the park. Today it is snowing again so you can see just how gorgeous it is all the time! I really like all the license plates on the walls. The buildings here have such personality. No store chains here at all! Actually, they just openned a Wells Fargo morgage center, but that is the only unoriginal business in town. LOVE IT!

So, are you mucho jealous? Good! Then when I invite you up here next time, you better say yes!! Have a good afternoon!

  • Hahaha. Yeah, Emily, Texas NEVER looks like that!! Right now, all the dopey panhandlers are saying, "Hey, it snows up here!" Well, they get a few inches...but really. Come on now. Anyway. Yes, next time I go, ALL are invited!!
